Chris T. Endress – Mortgage Broker

Accelerated Mortgage Services was founded by Chris T. Endress on March 31, 1998.  Before opening the company, Chris graduated from San Diego State University in August of 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. After graduating from college, Chris spent a year as a stock broker, a year as a sports marketing manager, then another nine years with three different lending corporations in Northern California before starting Accelerated Mortgage Services. Chris grew up in Northern California and has spent the last twenty-one years in Redding. He understands the unique challenges of lending in the state of California and especially in the north state. He excels in real estate lending through his experience and a thorough knowledge of lending industry. Chris is an active member of the Exchange Club of Redding and The Shasta Professional Association. He is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce and the Shasta County Board of Realtors. He offers value to his clients through knowledge, experience, cost savings and efficiency.  

John Warner, Mortgage Loan Originator

John Warner joined Accelerated Mortgage Services in August 2010 and has been in the mortgage industry for over seven years. He has been a resident of Shasta County for twenty-one years. John can help you will all real estate lending from residential to bare land loans and thrives when overcoming the challenges of today's lending economy. John is available Monday through Friday and on the weekend by appointment.

Bonnie Adams, Mortgage Loan Processor

Bonnie has been a Mortgage Loan Processor since 1980, working a number of brokerage and banking firms in the Redding area of the years. Her expertise and communication skills have become essential to the day to day operation of Accelerated Mortgage Services. When questions arise, Bonnie is able to direct those inquiries to the proper individual to get the answers you need quickly and accurately. Bonnie's knowledge of loan program requirements and her personal expertise in working with various wholesale lending firms is a tremendous resource to our borrowers. Born and raise in Redding, Bonnie is a single mother of three and grandmother to a young grandson, her pride and joy. Her family is her highest priority. Her oldest son serves our country in the US Army and he and his wonderful wife are stationed in Hawaii. Her second son is attending college, studying Electrical Engineering and her daughter just entered Junior High School. Bonnie enjoys camping and all outdoor activities, loves to travel (specifically to Hawaii to visit her son and family) and is an accomplished cook.
