Meet the Staff

Chris T. Endress – President – Senior Loan Officer
The company was founded by Chris T. Endress on March 31, 1998.  Before starting Accelerated Mortgage Services, he graduated from San Diego State University in August of 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance. After graduating from college, Chris spent a year as a stock broker, a year as a sports marketing manager and another nine years with three different lending corporations in Northern California before starting his own company on March 31, 1998. Chris grew up in Northern California and has spent the last 16 years in Redding. He understands the unique challenges of lending in the state of California and especially in the north state. He excels in real estate lending through his experience and a thorough knowledge of lending business. Chris is an active member of the Exchange Club of Redding and The Shasta Professional Association. He is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Redding Chamber of Commerce and the Shasta County Board of Realtors. He offers value to his clients through knowledge, experience, cost savings and efficiency.

Elena Maready – Senior Loan Specialist
Elena grew up in Coastal Northern California. She graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills in December of 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in human resources. Elena began her lending career in 1997 working for Norwest and Beneficial Finance companies. She left those companies behind in 2001 and began her career with Accelerated Mortgage Services Inc. on Jan. 17, 2002, where she continues to excel within the company. She is a dedicated person with a fun personality and has a tenacious appetite for shopping for the best loan for her client’s specific needs. Elena is very active with the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), sitting on the board of executives. She is active with soccer, football and various school activities. She can place all loan types and speaks Spanish fluently. Spanish-speaking clients appreciate her ability to close their loans in a language they understand and from a person they trust. In addition to the loan itself, if our Spanish speaking clients need help with a Spanish-speaking Realtor or escrow officer, Elena can recommend professionals in these fields to make things as comfortable as possible for our Spanish-speaking clients. She is an excellent loan officer , who takes pride in offering each and every client the best loan in a fast and friendly way.

Rod Ruiz – Senior Loan Specialist
Rod started with Accelerated Mortgage Services in August of 2007. He has been a Loan Officer since 2002 and has the experience to help you find best loan possible. He demonstrates  high ethics and understanding towards all his clients he works with. Whether your looking to Purchase or Refinance or just need some good advise he always looks forward to talking to you.  

Deanna Mercurio – Senior Loan Officer

Deanna Mercurio comes to Accelerated Mortgage Services with over 20 years financial industry experience.  Growing up in SF bay area, she began her career at Bank of America, then a few years later moved over to Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she worked for over 16 years. During her career at Charles Schwab, she earned her Series 7, 8 & 63 NASD licenses, while working in the Walnut Creek and San Ramon branches. She ended her career as a Team Manager in Electronic Brokerage Services in San Francisco serving Schwab’s Active Traders. After relocating to the Northstate, she began her career in Real Estate Lending where she has been working for the last 5 years.

Deanna believes that quality customer service is the key to success and has earned many awards and designations during her career, which acknowledges this belief. She is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, (CAMB) and has been on the Board of Directors for the CAMB Greater Northstate Chapter since 2006. She earned the Board Member of the Year designation for the 2006/07 fiscal year, her first year on the board! She is also the Chapter’s President Elect for the 2008/09 year and will become President on July 1st, 2009.

Deanna is keen to the financial markets and will do her best to lock in the best interest rate possible during the loan process. Eva Mendoza Soze– Loan Specialist
Eva Mendoza moved up from the Santa Cruz area to relocate in Anderson. She is a dedicated loan consultant whose extensive background in management gives her the expertise and experience to process every file in a personal and efficient manner.
Eva is a true professional that believes what’s most important is creating a “positive experience” for her customers. Fluent in Spanish, she has become a “trusted advisor” to the Latino Community.

Angel Florez – Office Administrator
Angel started with Accelerated Mortgage Services in November of 2004 and has worked her way up from an assistant loan processor to a senior loan processor and office administrator. She is likely the one you will talk with when you call our office. She helps loan officers process their loans and enjoys working with both new and past clients. She takes pride in her work and is an asset to our team.
