Loyalty Discounts

At Accelerated Mortgage, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you the first time and then again and again. To show our appreciation, in addition to the excellent service you will receive from us, we want to show our appreciation in a financial way.

We do this in two ways:

1. We offer you a 15% loyalty discount in the upfront origination fee that we normally charge. This could save you as much as $300 on a $200,000 mortgage loan. It doesn’t matter if your loan transaction is a purchase or refinance. We want your business, so we put our money where our mouth is and offer you this discount to show our appreciation.
2. We also offer a $100 discount on our processing fee for your loyalty to us. Where we typically charge a $495 processing fee for first-time loans, we drop this to $395 for repeat clients. This is because we’ve done business with you before and we are familiar with your file and your unique circumstances. As a result, we offer this lower fee to you in appreciation of you giving us another chance to help you out with your mortgage needs.

At Accelerated Mortgage we understand that our opportunity to serve you is only given to us because of you! We exist because of you. This is why giving our return clients the loyalty discounts noted above are important to us.
