Founded in March 1998, Accelerated Mortgage Services
(NMLS #248072/866025) opened its doors with a Mission Statement based on Truth – Quality – and Integrity. We believe that if we handle every loan transaction with the sound basic principals in mind and in a fast and friendly manner, we will generate a loyal clientele that will keep coming back generation after generation.
Chris T. Endress founded the company on March 31, 1998. In January 2004, he changed from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, allowing him to expand the business and its real estate loan product line. Today, Accelerated Mortgage is one of the few remaining locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage companies offering Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA, VA, Reverse and Cal-Vet real estate loans among many others. We have the capability to make most every type of loan available specializing in those loans listed on our “Loan Programs” link.
Through the years, Accelerated Mortgage has worked hard to take advantage of technological advances to speed up the lending approval process making us one of the quickest and most efficient lenders in our industry today. We have a strong desire to stay up with industry changes and to grow through education, experience, career opportunities and advances. At Accelerated Mortgage, we know that in order to excel as a small lender we have to provide exceptional service to each and every one of our clients and to learn to be flexible and to stay ahead of our competition.
