Founded in March 1998, Accelerated Mortgage Services Inc. opened its doors with a Mission
Statement based on Truth – Quality – and Integrity. We believe that if we handle every loan transaction with the sound basic principals in mind and in a fast and friendly manner, we will generate a loyal clientele that will keep coming back generation after generation.
 
Chris T. Endress founded the company on March 31, 1998.  Before starting Accelerated Mortgage, he graduated from San Diego State University in August 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He spent a year as a stockbroker, another year as a sports marketing manager with a large corporation in the Midwest and nine years with three lending corporations in Northern California. Chris grew up in Northern California and has spent the last 20 years lending throughout California but primarily in the Shasta County area. In January 2004, he changed from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, allowing him to expand the business and its real estate loan product line. Today, Accelerated Mortgage is approved to make Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Private Party, Reverse, VA, and Cal-Vet real estate loans among many others. We have the capability to make most every type of loan available specializing in those loans found on our “Loan Programs” link.
